Swiss blue chip securities

Issuers are listed in the Main Listing Segment and thus have their shares traded on SWX Europe's UK Exchange Regulated Market Segment for Swiss blue chip securities. This market segment generally preserves the regulatory requirements which existed for Swiss issuers before the implementation of the Prospectus Directive.

However, they can opt to be listed in the SWX "EU-Compatible" Segment and thus have their shares traded on SWX Europe's EU Regulated Market Segment for Swiss blue chip securities.

Pan-European securities

Such securities are admitted to trading on SWX Europe's, UK Exchange Regulated Market Segment for pan-European issuers.
