Pan-European Securities

Pan-European securities which are not listed by SWX Swiss Exchange are admitted to trading on SWX Europe's UK Exchange Regulated Market Segment for pan-European securities.

SWX Europe's UK Exchange Regulated Market Segments are operated by SWX Europe:

• as part of the Recognised Investment Exchange under the supervision of the Financial Services Authority and
• as an MTF under the EC Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID).

All of SWX Europe's market segments have the same trading and compliance requirements and standards. SWX Europe's Rules and Directives apply in the same way to all of the market segments and the resulting transactions are on-exchange on SWX Europe in each case.

The UK's market abuse regime applies in relation to behaviour relating to instruments admitted to trading in the UK Exchange Regulated Market Segment.
